At PoleRise, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

While we offer free shipping on all orders, the actual shipping cost incurred by PoleRise will be deducted from any refund.
As a small-batch manufacturer offering free shipping, these policies help us maintain fair pricing and product quality.
If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help ensure the product is the right fit.
Products showing signs of wear, damage from use, or misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items — including embossed barn names or custom color requests — are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The customization does not match the approved order details
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email support@polerisesystem.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review the claim and may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
We reserve the right to request the return of damaged merchandise before issuing a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Pole Rise System is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once printing has begun.
