Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days within the United States after shipment.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays:
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping provider.

Large and Multi-Box Products:
Dressage Arena Boundary Kits and other oversized products may ship in multiple cartons. Approved returns must include every component and original carton. Customers are responsible for return freight, and the actual original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Missing, used, damaged, or incompletely returned components may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
